Aim: Poverty Alleviation enhancing quality of LIFE among School and College Drop Out’s, Unemployed Rural Below Poverty Line (BPL) Youth, by facilitating Wage based employment through Skilling Intervention strictly adhering to National Skills Qualification Framework (NSDC, NCVT, SSC’S).

The poverty alleviation programmes in India can be categorized based on whether it is targeted either for rural areas or for urban areas.

Most of the programmes are designed to target the rural poverty as prevalence of poverty is high in rural areas. Also targeting poverty is a great challenging in rural areas due to various geographic and infrastructure limitations. The programmes can be mainly grouped into 1) Wage employment programmes 2) Self-employment programmes 3) Food security programmes 4) Social security programmes 5) Urban poverty alleviation programmes.

  1. We are PRN - DDU-GKY Registered organization with MoRD, Government of INDIA.
  2. We are part of Skill India flagship program of Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Vision, and associated with various State Governments with Rural Livelihoods Missions (SRLM’s) Department as Project Implementation Agency.
  3. SLCES is PIA (Project Implementation Agency) into SKILLING and PLACEMENT of Youth 18 Years to 35 Years age group, following NSDC – SSC’S Curriculum, NCVT Curriculum for few skill sets.
  4. Our Courses Progression, Skilling Methodology, Infrastructure, Curriculum is periodically inspected by NABCONS (17 Times Yearly), and NIRD (17 Times Yearly) both these organizations are part of Central Government of India, other inspections and visitors from various agencies 10 average per month.
  5. Members of 'Parliament of India', who are with various Standing Committees, visit us, to see personally Good Practices, Value additions that we give; To trainees who have migrated from Rural Areas of India.

Objective is Economic well-being of every Youth in India: We should take our YOUTH forward, by skilling interventions, from Lower income and Lower-middle income “TO” Upper-Middle Income level, further in span of 8 Years to 10 Years should elevate into High income segment.

SLC Educational Society is specialized and carries very niche capability, working in rural areas (Grass root level) in steering Awareness camps by Village wise, Gram Panchayat wise covering entire district on following activities:-

  • Livelihood issues,
  • Dignity of Living,
  • Essentials of being skilled individual with Smart Working Sense,
  • Mobilization,
  • Conducting Counseling,
  • Shortlisting Candidates suited for Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Industry and Information Technology (BPO – Voice and Non Voice too) for School, Colleges Dropout’s, thereby ensuring Livelihood evolution among the youngsters.

Geographical Areas we are working currently;

Engagement with Left Wing Extremism effected Areas, Poverty Rural Areas, Civil Unrest Areas, Districts wherein Local Employment does not exist based on Villages, Gram Panchayats, District Population Youth.

States we are working currently: Jammu and Kashmir, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar and Telangana.

Future States which we might take up: Maharashtra especially Dry Lands Areas, Himachal Pradesh State and Assam States.

How we do;

  • The potential trainees after several protocols Enrolled into Skilling;
  • Migrate* them to Hyderabad based Skilling Center;
  • We ensure FREE Residential Facility, Food, Learning Material, Dress’s, Footwear, Tie and Belt as welcome kit;
  • Conduct skilling for those enrolled Youth as per NSQF / NCVT / ILO Framework, make them employable in 4 Months to 8 Months’ time frame;
  • *Migrate: Subject to permission of District Collector, CEO / Zilla Parishad, Superinindent of Police, District Skills Manager, or as prescribed by State Rural Livelihood Mission.

CORPORATES can involve at Villages and Gram Panchayat Level to work on Village Level Saturation Model system, and primarily engage in Mobilization of unemployed youth and conducting – Awareness Program of Skilling Need and bright future they have once they possess skills.
